If you cancel your trial, you will immediately lose access to all features. If you wish to regain access, you will need to subscribe.
Once your subscription starts, you can't get a refund for any payments you've already made. If you don't want to subscribe anymore, cancel your subscription.
When you cancel your subscription at any point during your bill cycle, your subscription remains active until the end of your bill cycle.
If you have a credit balance on your account and you cancel your subscription, you can later resubscribe and the credit balance will be applied towards any new charges.

StreamCot: Unlimited time to YouTube or Facebook, the stream is sent directly to YouTube or Facebook -- not forwarded through the StreamCot Relay service.
You must link your StreamCot account profile to your YouTube channel or Facebook page before you can go live to YouTube or Facebook, to verify identity and prevent abuse.
You must set-up your stream on YouTube Live Control Room or Facebook Live Producer before you can go live to YouTube or Facebook.
YouTube can automatically end your stream if you are offline or blocked by any policy (i.e. copyright strike, community guidelines strike, and etc.) or taken down by a DMCA notice.
YouTube shows up to the last 12 hours of DVR to your viewers while you are live, and saves up to the first 12 hours to VOD when your stream ends.
Facebook can prematurely end your stream for any reason. Facebook automatically ends your stream after 8 hours. You will need to set-up another Facebook stream to go live again on Facebook.
** Subject to all of the above tiers limitations and all platform limitations:
StreamCot Relay: 36 hours per week time limit streaming to Facebook and/or YouTube.
If you reached the time limit of StreamCot Relay, you can disable StreamCot Relay then stream directly to YouTube or Facebook.
Contact [email protected] if you need more than 36 hours of weekly streaming time on StreamCot Relay.
To stream on both YouTube and Facebook simultaneously, you are required to set-up your stream on both YouTube Live Control Room and Facebook Live Producer.
To stream on only YouTube or only Facebook and you want to enable Failsafe Stream Backup for your stream, you must use StreamCot Relay.
To stream on only YouTube or only Facebook and you do not need Failsafe Stream Backup for your stream, you can disable StreamCot Relay and stream on their respective platform directly.
StreamCot Relay does not monitor your YouTube and Facebook videos. StreamCot Relay does not save your stream footage.
StreamCot Relay tracks your stream duration, and forwards your live stream to YouTube and Facebook until you press "Stop" or exhaust your subscription-included streaming time or network error.
StreamCot Relay usage time is counted up to the following minute after you disconnect.
StreamCot Relay will stop streaming if you do not reconnect within 15 minutes.
If you go offline and reconnect to StreamCot Relay, YouTube and Facebook are reconnected with a best effort.
If your Facebook stream unexpectedly ends, your YouTube stream will continue uninterrupted via StreamCot Relay and all usage time counts.
At any time, you can press "Stop," disable StreamCot Relay in connection settings, then continue your stream directly to YouTube (up to unlimited) or Facebook (up to 8 hours per live video.)
If enabled, Failsafe Stream Backup will redirect YouTube and Facebook from your primary stream to the StreamCot "Please Stand By" backup stream if your connection stalled, or disconnected.
Failsafe Stream Backup is active for up to 15 minutes of inactivity or until your primary stream is healthy, or reconnected.
If you need to download your footage, you can click "download" on your YouTube or Facebook video page.
If you need to review your YouTube live chat, you can use YouTube Live Chat Replay.
